Vaticinium Votivum: or, Palaemon's Prophetick Prayer ( W) This is perhaps the most remarkable proposed addition to the Wither canon. Published, its title-page declares, in the first year of the martyrdom of Charles I, the work begins with a neo-Latin poem describing Charles's departure with the royalist fleet in its failed mission.
